ELG Utica Alloys is a business unit of the ELG Group. Here, Titanium, Nickel- and Cobalt-base secondary raw materials are professionally recycled: sorted, sized, cleaned, precisely analysed and certified to the individual requirements of our customers. On request, ELG Utica Alloys also offers its customers, mainly companies out of the aerospace industry processing services and revert management within a global closed-loop cycle.

For our German ELG Utica Alloys Headquarter, we are looking for a

Supply Chain Manager

to start at the location in Duisburg on the earliest possible date.


  • Development and implementation of a global inventory management with regard to the organization and supply of raw materials, monitoring of strategic and operational purchasing and optimization of warehousing as well as position management
  • Global process and documentation standardization
  • Data and process analysis, efficiency improvements to increase added value and cost reduction
  • Definition of optimization targets and strategy for the global supply chain including relevant KPIs
  • Independently negotiating contracts with suppliers and customers and managing relationships with them
  • Collaboration with internal shareholders, suppliers and customers to constantly ensure quality, safety and environmental standards
  • Employee communication and training

  • Qualification in business administration, with a focus on supply chain management and logistics
  • Strong understanding of distribution logistics and logistics
  • At least 8-12 years of professional experience in an international environment
  • Experience with operational leadership preferred
  • Business fluent in English
  • Logical and analytical thinking
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • High ability to work in a team
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Experienced with ERP systems, especially MS D365
  • Up to 50% willingness to travel
  • Reports directly to the CEO
