- Act as Product Owner and mediator between sales, marketing, technical applications, regulatory, and science teams, while fostering collaborations with industry partners to drive market development for Palatinose and ISOMALT
- Align expert insights across departments to shape market strategies and address business needs
- Analyze our project pipeline, challenge and support our sales team, and identify opportunities for growth
- Lead and coordinate sales campaigns in collaboration with internal experts, ensuring successful execution and follow-ups
- Monitor market trends, evaluate portfolio gaps, and develop strategic recommendations
- Provide product expertise, updates, and training for our sales team and partners
- Support customer meetings, innovation workshops, and strategic initiatives to explore new market opportunities
- Create and manage product-related content for internal and external communication
- Present our product portfolio at trade shows, conferences, and in key customer engagements
- Support management with pricing, financial analyses, and reporting while ensuring alignment across our product management team
- Degree in Food Technology, Bioindustrial Sciences or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in product management, sales, or marketing within the functional food ingredients sector
- Strong technical and nutritional knowledge
- Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills; German and other language skills advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented and structured approach to work, both independently and in teams across all organizational levels
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, a customer-focused mindset and adaptability to dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally as needed
