YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- In this role, you will drive both new and existing sales and profitability in line with business ambitions and category growth plans. You will help drive Category Management capability, tools, resources, and strategy at Dr. Oetker.
- You will support countries in collaborating with their customers through Joint Value Creation. Building and maintaining relationships with key countries and partners, identifying and meeting their needs, will be a key part of your role.
- Turning data into insights to unlock sales and category growth is essential. You will create and execute an international data strategy to support KPI consolidation and tracking.
- Identifying growth avenues for categories and channels via relevant insights is crucial. You will support the development, rollout, and embedding of tools.
- Preparing and supporting the execution of multi-country relevant trade and selling stories will be part of your responsibilities. You will take charge of international Category Management projects.
- Collaborating with marketing, controlling, and supply chain to align sales strategies with overall business goals and objectives is vital. You will ensure that products and services meet customer needs and that the overall customer experience is positive.
WHAT YOU BRING
- You hold a Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or have an equivalent education/qualification. You have several years of FMCG experience, particularly in Category Management and Sales roles.
- You possess a strong commercial mindset and understanding of category, account, and channel management. You have the tenacity and creativity to overcome obstacles to hitting targets.
- Strong analytical skills are required to analyze sales data and market trends and make strategic recommendations. You are competent in handling various analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally, are essential. You are willing to take ownership and travel.
- You have a drive, self-motivation, proactive attitude, and a "Can Do" mentality. You work in a strategic and solution-oriented way.
- You are able to transform strategies into actionable steps and ensure their implementation. You can work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You have the ability to navigate cultural differences and build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- You have excellent English language skills. Other languages are a plus.
