Transfer Pricing Expert (f/m/d)
- Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain Transfer Pricing tools for margin monitoring, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting across the business group.
- Expert Consultation: Act as the first point of contact for Transfer Pricing matters, guiding entities globally to ensure compliance.
- Compliance & Documentation: Manage global Transfer Pricing documentation and ensure alignment with local and global regulatory standards.
- Project Leadership: Implement FPM wide Operational Transfer Pricing tool EXA and represent FPM Global Finance in group wide initiatives, roundtables and committees.
- Transfer Pricing Strategy: Lead the development and continuous improvement of FPM's Transfer Pricing Strategy, including Services and Licenses.
- Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of experience in Transfer Pricing in a multinational environment.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Transfer Pricing strategy, documentation, and compliance. Familiarity with legal and tax frameworks is essential.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SAP, Oracle HFM, and other financial software tools.
- Languages: Fluent in English; German proficiency is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Independent, proactive, and motivated to drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
