Direct Sales & e-Commerce Executive DACH (m/f/d)
full-time, based in Frankfurt, Germany

In this role you are responsible for the development and implementation of our e-commerce and digital marketing strategy in the DACH region.
You create, implement and maintain relevant local content on singaporeair.com for the DACH markets, including copy-writing, image sourcing and image editing, and ensure that all global pages in local language are always up-to-date. You optimise on-page SEO for different websites, drive e-commerce sales in DACH, analyse the performance in Google Analytics and other systems and suggest suitable e-commerce sales & marketing activities to increase sales.
In parallel, you develop and manage additional local campaigns on various digital platforms, in co-operation with our local media agency and internal key stakeholders. Analyzing the performance based on set KPIs and implement learnings for future campaigns, as well as the handling of all related administrative tasks are an integral part of all activities.
All activities are conducted according to the direction of the management, local market requirements and your own inputs and ideas. Your key stakeholders are the Regional E-Commerce Department, the local Marcomms/PR team, the local Sales teams and the E-Commerce and Brand Marketing departments in our head office in Singapore.
- You have a high affinity for and, ideally, proven work experience in digital marketing/e-commerce but we also address this to any recent university graduates
- You work in an independent, structured, accurate and reliable manner
- You combine self-motivation & being a team player and have shown this before
- You are proactive and apply a “Hunting for Sales” attitude, with the consumer's view in mind
- You are characterized by a high understanding of numbers and analytical strength – terms such as CTR, open rate or ROAS are no foreign words to you
- Problem-solving in a complex & dynamic (VUCA) environment is just the right thing for you. You have produced respective results before and can demonstrate them
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint)
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products (basic) HTML (basic) and a general technical understanding of websites as well as any SEO-skills and CMS is a plus
- You have excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), any other language is a plus. Intercultural competencies are close to your heart.
