- Develop and implement forward-thinking marketing strategies aligned with our objectives and long-term company goals
- Leading and managing a cross-cultural team, providing clear guidance, fostering collaboration, and encouraging profitable growth
- Responsibility for all key commercial aspects of the regional URE product portfolio in EMEA (pricing, strategy, contracts, growth plans)
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analyses to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Development of new business opportunities and prioritisation of technology projects, creation of product strategy and coordination of initiatives
- Maximising profit and success across a diverse portfolio of products for different end markets
- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights, ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness
- Academic graduate (Bachelor's degree or higher) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline
- Profound knowledge in marketing, financial KPI's, marketing and pricing strategies
- Proven leadership capabilities in senior marketing roles with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, paired with creativity and strategic foresight
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with marketing challenges and opportunities in spin-off or startup environments is highly desirable
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages, especially German, is highly desirable
