As part of your job, you will help our product managers with the following activities:
- Development of a competitive product offering for Compact Cars (A, B, CLA, GLA, GLB, EQA, EQB), SUVs (GLE, GLS) and AMG sports cars (SL, GT, GT 4-door), taking into account market-specific conditions
- Development of lifecycle measures, such as the introduction of new editions with the possibility to implement own ideas
- Preparation of a comprehensive and detailed product overview to be distributed to the European markets at launch or facelift of vehicles
- Working closely with the central stakeholder to set up and maintain the central ordering system to ensure the correct configuration of vehicles
- Preparation of meetings and workshops, such as the international product committee workshops or internal best practice meetings
- Trend, competition, gap and product analyses in the European market environment
- Analysis and evaluation of opportunity and risk potentials in the product portfolio
- Derivation of recommendations for strategic product positioning, maximization of sales potential and profitability
- Evaluation and analysis of take rates of our special equipment with the help of Microsoft Power-BI
- Execution of market surveys, consolidation and preparation of results
- Preparation of decision papers, presentations and support in top management briefings
- Working towards a degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable course of study
- Solid knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, other European languages as an asset
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Ability to work in a team

- Quick comprehension and willingness to learn
- Interest in automobiles & good knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz product portfolio.
- Practical experience in Marketing & Sales in the Automotive Industry as well as international experience would be an advantage
