About the team

We are the People Developers in our organization and as the Center of Excellence, we provide our local entities with the processes around Learning, People, and Leadership Development. It supports the whole organization to develop our most important asset, our employees. What makes us excited? To help to grow and focus on internal careers. About the role

As a Working Student in the HR Development area, you will assist the team in major HR Development processes, such as Performance and Talent Management – especially by developing didactically structured training material, research for decision papers, and documentation. Furthermore, you will be our organizational talent that keeps our Learning offers and the tools behind them up to date. This role is based in Munich. You have the chance to deepen your knowledge in Learning & Development and be part of the implementation of our new HR system. You will work in an international environment, together with colleagues, all over the world. You can make an impact in bringing useful and attractive training content to the people as well as bringing everyone behind the scenes up to speed.


  • You will work with the L&D team on improving HR processes & implementation of the HR System Workday
  • You will support the technical development of our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • You will provide administrative and technical support for our LMS
  • You will be responsible for our Learning and People Development inbox to answer colleagues' answers, such as learning need requests
  • You will update our SharePoint site with the newest content and workbooks
  • You will be responsible for the coordination of our trainers to plan trainings & workshops and create respective content in our LMS

  • University studies
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels and a strong interest in communicating with others (personally or virtually)
  • Ability to work as a team member, but self-organized and self-motivated
  • Hands-on mentality paired with analytical thinking to find a good solution
  • Fluent in oral and written English and German
  • You are looking to work with us for at least 16 hours per week and plan to do so for at least 9 months, preferably longer
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
