- Lead the sales strategy to achieve revenue growth from €10-12M to €20M within three years.
- Develop and expand the dealer network, focusing on single-product sales (screw press separators) in biogas and dairy markets, and simplifying product offerings such as mixers and service boxes for the USA and European markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with intercompany partners in the USA, Canada, Italy, UK, Singapore, and South Africa, ensuring smooth operations and sales alignment.
- Oversee and manage the sales budget, including marketing activities aimed at driving dealer growth and increasing market presence.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, setting clear KPIs such as new dealer acquisition, revenue growth, margin/EBIT preservation, and backlog management.
- Participate in strategic planning and sales forecasting, providing insights to support product development and market expansion.
- Travel throughout Europe (approximately 25% of the time) and globally (10% of the time) to support sales activities, attend industry events, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- A highly motivated self-starter who can independently solve problems and reliably complete tasks. Able to seize opportunities and move projects forward with minimal direction.
- Sales and Business Acumen:
- Proven track record in executing sales strategies that deliver revenue growth and expand market share.
- Experience in managing dealer networks and cultivating strong B2B and B2C relationships.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of the biogas industry or related technical fields is an asset, especially with complex industrial equipment like screw presses, pumps, mixers, and solid-liquid separation systems.
- Collaborative Relationship:
- Ability to maintain and strengthen intercompany relationships, fostering collaboration across multiple markets.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking:
- Skilled in analyzing market trends and sales data to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience in achieving revenue growth while preserving margin/EBIT.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in the biogas, waste management, or agricultural equipment industry preferred.
- Familiarity with budget management and sales strategy execution.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German required.
- Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel across Europe and internationally as required.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Germany.
