Strategy Manager (m/f/d)


  • Advise senior leadership on the strategic direction of business units to ensure Knauf's future success
  • Lead strategic projects across multiple teams and countries, collaborating with senior stakeholders
  • Ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality project completion, whether managed internally or externally
  • Collaborate with departments such as marketing, technology, SCM, finance, and HR for cohesive strategy execution
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth opportunities within the region to expand business and increase market share



  • Hold a Master's degree in management, engineering, or a related field, showcasing your strong educational foundation
  • Proven experience in management consulting with a track record of leading and delivering successful projects
  • Expertise in the industrial sector, particularly in building materials or construction industries, is essential
  • Possess excellent analytical and quantitative skills to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communicator, able to interface with senior management in both German and English, both verbally and in writing
