Our Maintenance Support Team Lead in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
- Manage Project to Asset readiness for Maintenance in terms of processes, systems, tools and data in line with Uniper standard Project Management Framework
- Support the expansion of Maintenance Department standards and requirements to other existing technologies and new built assets
- Delivering the agreed enhancements of current tools and processes for other existing technologies and new built assets
- Acting as a Portfolio Manager by project management of new enhancements for SAP PM and Mobile Apps in parallel to Uniper Internal Digital Transformation business unit and acting as the Portfolio Manager
- Managing continuous improvement and support for Maintenance KPIs PowerBI Dashboard
- Implementing Operational Excellence knowledge and principles to improve the performance reporting of the Maintenance Department
- Being the frontrunner of digital evolution for the entire team with enhancements from or for the other two teams within Maintenance Department
- Relevant university degree in engineering or science
- Demonstrate working according to the Uniper Way
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and strategic skills essential, experience in project management advantageous/preferable
- Demonstrate a strategic understanding of energy market trends and customer strategy and requirements
- Experience in PowerBI and Operational Excellence is desirable
- Relevant operational experience and technical competence in management of similar assets/business processes
- Demonstrate success in developing maintenance strategies or concepts for the capital-intensive industry
- Demonstrate Business acumen
- Ability to influence across hierarchy, technology and country boundaries and managing cultural diversity
- Willingness to undertake international travel
- Ability to build, develop and motivate high performance teams
- Business fluency in English and German is desirable
