Join our global team as a Specialist in Complaint Systems and Processes where you will drive improvements in systems, tools and processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence in the MedTech industry. This role combines analytical expertise with collaboration across international teams.
- Analyze and propose improvements to global systems and processes (incl. methods, tools and interfaces) within the Complaint Handling Center of Excellence (CoE), ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and standards
- Present new processes and methods to involved organizations, train and coach them
- Review process implementation and measure process performance especially regarding process interfaces to other areas
- Elaborate alternative or amended process approaches, and propose changes to involved participants
- Test alternative processes in pilot projects
- Create transparency and consistency of organization, tasks and responsibilities
- Moderate and steer communication between line management, process organization and involved participants
- Master's degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences or a related field
- Knowledge of applicable FDA QSR, ISO 13485 regulations and applicable industry standards
- Strong analytical skills and ability to operate effectively in a team environment
- Ability to analyse complex problems, interpret operational needs and develop integrated, creative solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel to support global process initiatives and collaborations (10–20%)
