For permanent employment OHB System AG in Bremen is looking for a
Systems Engineering Architect (m/f/d)
- Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of experts (Mechanical design, structure analysis, Thermal, propulsion) in the development, realization and verification of a satellite project
- Ensure schedule, cost and performance is maintained throughout the project using project
- management tools and technique, including resource management, change management and cost management
- Perform requirement flow-down to the subsystem specifications and write subsystem specification
- Manage the interfaces between the different subsystem, both within the MTP team but also towards the project team as well as towards the customerSupport system level reviews (f.e. SRR, PDR, CDR, QAR) including preparation of the corresponding documents
- Support equipment reviews for all parts of the project
- Support the main campaigns of the project (EVT, Launch, LEOP)
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in satellite design and/or relevant subsystem beneficial
- Self-managed, pro-active, solution oriented
- Ability to take decision, solution oriented, pragmatic
- Ability to team leadership as well as work in a team
- Working level proficiency in written and spoken English. Other language skills advantageous
