»Your Task:

  • Lead global training & support projects and promote best-practice sharing and continuous learning.
  • Work with HR and other Corp. functions to align and coordinate the SF training concept globally.
  • Develop a global training portfolio and maintain a standardized training library.
  • Support the global & regional Seafreight management with training initiatives and rollout support.
  • Identify and address skill gaps within Air/Sea operations.
  • Develop and implement a global support concept recognizing relevant Service Level Agreements.
  • Global escalation point for business support and issue resolution.

  • You have expertise in Seafreight operational processes.
  • You are familiar with continuous improvement methodologies.
  • You have strong training skills.
  • You can effectively analyze data.
  • You are capable to make informed decisions and generate practical, timely solutions.
  • You understand and evaluate Seafreight P&L at country and regional levels.
  • You have a deep understanding of Seafreight drivers for productivity.
