Sales Manager - heat exchange systems and solutions (m/w/d)
As a Sales Manager, your mission is to identify and establish new markets and customers for our heat exchanger systems and solutions, primarily in Europe and North America. You will leverage our existing successful applications and expand our reach into new territories.
Your role involves understanding customer processes and translating their needs into tailored solutions using our cutting-edge technology. Collaborating closely with our technical department and commercial director, you will take the lead in preparing offers, negotiating contracts, and supporting our overall sales strategy.
- expand current applications and develop case studies to showcase system capabilities
- identify new markets and applications, prepare market analyses, and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability
- approach and pitch KLAREN Technology solutions to potential clients
- align sales activities with Taprogge subsidiaries in the USA, Japan, India, South Korea, China, and agents globally
- create quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage client relationships
- represent the company at international fairs and industry events
- participate in the annual budgeting process and report on market trends, project potential, and business impacts.
- support marketing efforts, including professional social media engagement
and website optimization
- You have a bachelor or master's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- at least 3–5 years of working experience in Sales or Business Development within a technical B2B environment. Experience with MVR systems is a significant advantage
- familiarity with process equipment such as heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, and instrumentation
- insight into sectors like mining, agrochemicals, and wastewater treatment
- fluent in English (additional languages are a plus), strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude toward international travel and innovation.
