As a Customer Success Manager you will be the focal point of contact for our customers and work closely with customer support, sales, marketing, and product management.

  • Onboarding and Customer Support: Assist customers in making the best use of our products.
  • Resolving Customer Inquiries: Act as the main contact for customer feedback and coordinate issue resolution with the relevant teams.

  • Proactive Customer Communication: Develop initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, while identifying additional use cases for our products.

  • Churn Follow-up: Analyze potential churn reasons and develop strategies for customer retention and re-engagement.

  • Training and Training Videos: Plan and conduct training sessions and create instructional videos to familiarize customers with our products and services.


  • Customer Orientation: You enjoy direct customer interaction and are skilled at developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Communication Skills: You can explain complex topics clearly and effectively – whether in training sessions, documentation, or direct conversations.

  • Organizational Talent: You are structured, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work solution-oriented.

  • Analytical Skills: Experience in analysing and interpreting customer data is a plus, enabling you to derive measures for customer retention and development.

  • Languages: Excellent German and English skills are required.
