  • Start: 1 September 2025
  • Programme structure: 18 months with rotations of several months in MEAG departments such as Administration, CEO Office, Finance, Operations, Institutional Clients and ESG for a wide range of insights into the operational and strategic tasks of an asset manager
  • Highlights: Permanent contract, rotation in New York, networking events, and insights into one of the largest reinsurance groups in the world, support from experienced colleagues

  • You will gain a profound understanding of business operations and project management, developing the core skills for your success
  • You will provide operational and strategic support to the specialist departments, gaining a broad insight into MEAG, e.g. with regard to strategic issues/analyses, presentation and process optimisation
  • You will determine the direction of your professional and personal development through interdisciplinary training, while also having the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in specialised further training measures such as CFA and CAIA

  • You have an excellent master's degree in economics, finance, management or a related field
  • You have already gained initial work experience in consulting, at an insurance company or in the financial services sector through internships or student jobs
  • You have a good basic understanding of and keen interest in project management, business analysis and process optimisation
  • You have strong analytical skills and are good at deriving actions from data sets
  • You are business-minded, work in a structured way and enjoy collaborating with many stakeholders in different projects
  • You value a steep learning curve, are eager to take on responsibility quickly, and are looking for excellent development opportunities
  • You are proficient in MS Office
  • Your English is at least at C1 level and your German at least B2
