We are looking for a

Product Manager 3rd Party Business (Southern Comfort, Paddy & Fireball)


In this role, you will co-define the business development strategy for your brands with the brand owner, translate it into a go-to-market plan, and customize global products to fit the German market. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful brand execution and maintain partnerships. Additionally, you will create impactful product presentations and evaluate performance through data analysis, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize brand success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Budget & Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal ROI and prepare regular reports, such as monthly sales volumes.
  • Main Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison between the brand owner and internal teams (e.g., Sales, Commercial Controlling) for day-to-day business.
  • Project & Portfolio Management: Lead the launch of new products, drive further development of the existing portfolio, and coordinate monthly shipment plans with Supply Chain Management.
  • Brand Growth & Expansion: Drive profitable growth by developing and implementing expansion strategies, analyzing market performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Marketing & Communication Strategies: Plan and execute point-of-sale support measures, lead the development of communication strategies and ATL campaigns, and ensure coordination with brand owners, trade marketing, and external agencies.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Product Management, or Business Management.
  • 4-5 years of professional experience in commercial or product management roles, ideally in the FMCG sector.
  • Proven experience in translating sales and marketing initiatives, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to combine creativity with analytical thinking, and work independently to drive sales results.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for developing new business strategies and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with intercultural competence and strong stakeholder management abilities.
