We are looking for you for our traineeship in Finance & Controlling starting on 1st September 2025.
The application deadline is until 31st January 2025 and the assessment center will take place on 5th March 2025 at our central office in Hamburg-Bahrenfeld.
- You will pursue our individually tailored trainee program with assignments in various controlling areas and an optional placement within the Carlsberg Group, possibly in Copenhagen
- Throughout this time, you will familiarize yourself with controlling in different areas (e.g. Sales Off-Trade/ On-Trade, Marketing and Supply Chain).
- You will support our Finance Business Partners in day-to-day operations and accompany the preparation of financial statements and budgets
- You will analyze variances as well as identify potential optimization opportunities
- Additionally, you will independently take on projects and actively contribute to achieving the company's financial goals
- During your assignments, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Carlsberg world and encompass a diverse range of brands, business areas and challenges
- You have successfully completed your studies with a specialization in Finance/ Controlling or a related field, consistently achieving above-average results
- You have already gained extensive practical insights through internships or working student activities in the field of Controlling, ideally in the FMCG environment
- Ideally, you also have relevant international experience such as an internship or a semester abroad
- You are proficient in verbal and written communication in both German and English so that you can work with a diverse range of colleagues
- You approach tasks with a clear goal, embracing an entrepreneurial mindset and act with a high degree of autonomy
- You possess strong analytical abilities and consistently work with high precision
- You have an eye for detail and constantly impress with your open, communicative, and enthusiastic personality
- You will complete your trainee program at one of the biggest brewery groups in the world with strong brands such as Astra, Holsten, Lübzer and Somersby
- You will receive an open-ended employment contract, only your trainee program is limited to 24 months
