We are looking for responsible and energetic personalities who want to advance their own area of responsibility and thus enable company success, employee satisfaction and change.In this role as HR Business Partner for the global products Road & Rail and Contract Logistics, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and support to the Global Product Head in the optimal positioning, recruitment and development of the workforce.

» Your responsibilities:
- Advise and support the Global Product Head in strategic workforce planning
- Initiate targeted marketing and recruiting to reduce time-to-fill
- Identify high and low performers at TOP management level and implement measures with local HR managers
- Develop competencies and initiatives for all employees in the product
- Enhance the global organizational structure of the product
- Implement HR topics along the employee life cycle, including recruiting of the central product team
- Collaborate intensively with global HR teams and regional HR managers
- Develop product-specific HR reporting & KPIs
» Your profile:
- Business economist with extensive HR experience in an international company
- Experience in employee support, recruiting, personnel and organizational development
- Comprehensive knowledge of the product and its HR requirements
- Expertise in labor, works constitution, social security and contract law
- Proven experience in implementing HR projects
- Confident and strong communication skills
- Strong intercultural experience and proactive mindset
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in German and English
