Junior Product Manager – Corporate Banking (m/f/d)

The Junior Product Manager will join the Incubator Team for the Corporate Banking Program at Lloyds Bank GmbH and can be performed from our offices in Berlin, Amsterdam or remote. The role will support the development and roll-out of new banking products and assist in the management and coordination of existing products and related business activities. The focus lies on activities related to Product Management, Client Services and Operations. The role requires a hands-on, proactive approach, good organizational skills and the ability to contribute to projects in a team-driven environment.


Product Development:

  • Assist with the planning and delivery of new banking products, working closely with teams across Berlin, Amsterdam and London
  • Contribute to product related workstreams within the corporate banking program
  • Facilitate communication and knowledge-sharing across teams to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment
  • Support the preparation of reports and updates for Senior Management and other stakeholders to maintain transparency and strategic direction
  • Help create product documentation to support internal approval processes

Product Operations:

  • Provide support in managing assigned products throughout their entire lifecycle
  • Assist in process improvement efforts to enhance operational effectiveness and align with internal governance frameworks
  • Track product KPIs and customer feedback, highlighting opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Help manage product risks and support system controls
  • Collaborate on onboarding corporate clients by supporting client analysis and coordinating client support requests
  • Assist with Product Governance and contribute to setting up processes to manage products effectively
  • Conduct market research and gather client insights to identify trends for product improvements and maintain a competitive advantage
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams to support the implementation of effective sales strategies

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, finance or a related field
  • Several years experience in a product, project or similar support role within corporate banking, financial services or consulting
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to support team workflows
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a hands-on mindset and a structured approach to tasks
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercially aware with the ability to consistently produce accurate work within tight timescales
  • Very good business writing and presentation skills in English. German or Dutch are a plus.
