Join Bird & Bird in Frankfurt and strengthen our Legal Tech team as a Working Student (m/f/d) Legal Tech & Digitalization.
We seek a motivated and forward-thinking working student to join our team for 15 - 20 hours per week in a hybrid role, combining remote and on-site work.
- As a Working Student Legal Tech , you will support project management activities and play a key role in the rollout of Legal Tech tools, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process.
- You will test and implement modern technologies to enhance our legal services, driving innovation and promoting best practices across the firm.
- By leveraging various tools, you will automate processes and documents, streamlining workflows and improving overall efficiency.
- You will conduct market and technology analyses to identify new trends and provide insights for informed decision-making.
- Testing new technologies, applications, and external database systems will be a core part of your role to ensure their effectiveness and compatibility with our needs.
- You will assist in the technical documentation of systems and processes, including drafting and updating policies, procedures, and internal guidelines to maintain clarity and consistency.
- Additionally, you will ensure that internal portals, training materials, and documentation remain up-to-date and align with the highest quality standards.
- You are currently enrolled in studies related to Legal Tech, Law, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
- You have advanced skills in Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A basic knowledge of data management, software development, programming, or low-code platforms (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform) are of advantage.
- You have strong communication skills in English, with knowledge of additional languages being an advantage.
- You have a problem-solving mindset, excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
- You have a strong interest in Legal Tech and digital transformation and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
- You are passionate about technology and have a strong understanding of artificial intelligence and its practical applications, such as prompt engineering or use-case design.
- You can expect an hands-on experience with cutting-edge Legal Tech projects in an international working environment with flat hierarchies.
- You will have flexible working hours with a hybrid work model.
