With a fleet of 287 modern container ships and a Vessel Capacity 2.2 million TEU, as well as a Container Capacity 3.2 million TEU including one of the world's largest and most modern reefer container fleets, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world's leading liner shipping companies. The roughly 2.600 employees assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment deal with terminal-related activities and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations.


  • Participate in projects for the implementation and optimization of financial systems
  • Contribute to the S/4 HANA transformation project
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in intercompany processes
  • Support testing and quality assurance in system implementations
  • Manage and analyze Robotic Process Automation solutions in the finance area
  • Assist finance teams with the application and problem-solving in financial systems
  • Train and support users in working with financial systems and tools
  • Create documentation on project results
  • Analyze and resolve system issues in collaboration with the IT department
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve system integration and the efficiency of financial processes

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FI, as well as expertise in accounting and financial processes
  • Experience with working in S/4 HANA is an advantage
  • IT affinity and interest in working with financial systems
  • Experience in the implementation, support, and testing of financial systems
  • Experience with RPA for automating financial processes
  • Experience in conducting training and user workshops
  • Solid knowledge of intercompany processes, their reconciliation, and integration into financial systems
  • Independent working style, strong teamwork skills, and a problem-solving approach
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and project work
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
