ABOUT

Our TRATON Compliance department is looking for your support as from March 2025. In close cooperation with our diverse team you will take on exciting and varied tasks in an international environment.


/ Support in the continuous development of the TRATON compliance management system, particularly in the areas of corruption prevention, antitrust law, human rights, business partner due diligence, money laundering prevention and non-controlled shareholdings
/ Assisting with the creation, management and implementation of preventive compliance measures and content
/ Assisting with the coordination of international stakeholders from the various TRATON brands and external service providers
/ Participation in various ongoing international projects, such as cross-brand process harmonization or compliance risk analyses
/ Administration and maintenance of IT systems such as the TRATON Business Partner Approval Tool or the Anti-Trust Tracking Tool


/ You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program, preferably in the fields of Business Law, Business Economics, Social Sciences or a comparable course and ideally have gained professional experience as Intern or Working Student
/ You are service-oriented, think in processes, and have an affinity to map compliance requirements into existing business processes or IT applications
/ Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, and MS SharePoint
/ Professional interest in compliance and integrity topics
/ Fluent proficiency in spoken and written German and English
