YOUR ROLE: Digital Partnerships Consultant (f/m/d)

As a key player within the Digital Business & Partnerships department, you'll work directly with our Head of Digital Partnerships to create a sustainable competitive advantage, enabling Heidelberg Materials to lead the charge in digital transformation. Your focus will be on building, expanding, and nurturing strategic partnerships and digital investments, turning them into high-impact solutions that power operational efficiencies and sustainability ambitions across our sector.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
Support Strategy Development: Assist in developing and executing strategies to build a customer-centric and interoperable industry ecosystem with leading international digital players.
Manage Partnerships: Actively manage our existing ecosystem of partnerships, identifying, facilitating, and realizing joint value propositions among the ecosystem members.
Identify Opportunities to Expand Digital Offerings: Evaluate and leverage partnership opportunities to introduce innovative digital solutions that address industry challenges and drive growth from a commercial perspective. Collaborate with various teams at both Group and Country levels (e.g., product owners, UX designers, change management consultants) to integrate partner solutions into Heidelberg Materials' customer offerings.
Establish Partnership Governance: Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring compliance with obligations and key milestones. Conduct detailed financial analyses, monitor agreement performance, and develop forecasts to provide strategic insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Advocate for Partnerships: Promote awareness and drive engagement for digital partnerships across our global organization. Build engaging partnership narratives for external communication, leveraging customer testimonials and success stories.
YOUR PROFILE
Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in partnership management within the digital sector. Understanding of digital technologies and platforms to effectively evaluate and integrate partner solutions. Experience in a top consulting firm is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the heavy building material industry, digital business models, and emerging technologies is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform strategic decisions and identify trends.
Financial Literacy: Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting to support data-driven decision-making.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and drive initiatives forward.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
Innovation: Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and foster entrepreneurial thinking.
Project Management: Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to tie mindset change to tangible business outcomes.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, cross-functional team environment.
International Experience: Enthusiastic about working in an international team with a global impact.
Language Skills: Fluent in English.
Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
