Global E-Commerce Lead (m/f/d)


  • Leading the global establishment and continuous development of the E-Commerce sector
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive E-Commerce strategy in close collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, and IT departments
  • Optimizing all digital sales activities on online pharmacy platforms as well as other B2B and B2C channels
  • Building, leading, and developing an international E-Commerce team
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and markets and conducting continuous market analyses to improve global performance
  • Responsibility for revenue growth in the E-Commerce sector through targeted sales promotion measures and digital marketing strategies
  • Monitoring and optimizing the customer journey across all digital touchpoints
  • Close collaboration with external partners, service providers, and platforms to successfully implement and optimize E-Commerce processes
  • Ensuring the synchronization of the brand strategy in digital channels in close collaboration with the global marketing team

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in an international E-Commerce environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector
  • Proven success in developing and implementing E-Commerce strategies on a global level
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, online sales channels, the customer journey and user experience
  • Experience in building and leading international, interdisciplinary teams
  • Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a strong results orientation
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, team spirit, and a high level of initiative
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
