- Drive the implementation of HR technology across the EMEA region
- Collaborate with regional process owners and local HR teams to gather functional requirements and evaluate technical feasibility
- Lead end-to-end solution design, including processes, systems, interfaces and data
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure smooth technical implementation (e.g., testing, data migration)
- Advise regional stakeholders on best practices for user enablement, change management and training
- Engage with EMEA HRIT key users and HR Application Owners
- Execute mass data uploads into EMEA HR systems
- Support the release management for SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems across EMEA
- Provide expert-level support (2nd/3rd tier) for SAP SuccessFactors and other HR IT systems
- Support HR IT during reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, focusing on Foundation Object data changes and data migration
- Own and improve HR core, employee lifecycle and HR master data processes for EMEA
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary HR projects across the region
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration) or similar IT-focused qualification
- Relevant background in HR, HRIT or IT
- Proven experience in implementing and managing HR cloud software
- Strong project management experience
- In-depth knowledge of HR cloud software, preferably SAP SuccessFactors; familiarity with other key HR solutions advantageous
- Expertise in end-to-end process analysis, functional requirements gathering and HRIT architecture design (e.g., data modeling, system integration)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) required; additional language skills beneficial
