Job Description
The Vice President of Innovation serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving innovation across the organization. This role involves creating and executing forward-thinking strategies that position the company as a leader in its industry. The VP of Innovation oversees the identification, development, and implementation of new products, services, and business models while fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the organization.
- Contribute to strategy execution of the Division with profitable revenue growth coming from successful market-driven innovation projects execution.
- Provide innovation vision and technical leadership to the Innovation & Application Development teams as well as the Research & Development team.
- Ensure discipline in innovation project management principles and improve the innovation process when needed due to the market dynamics, while also fostering ideation and teamwork among all the colleagues in the team.
- Evaluate and manage risks associated with innovation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and market standards.
- Forster open collaboration efforts to introduce new and existing products.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related field required.
- Visionary leadership with experience in innovation.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and innovation portfolios
