In this role, you create conditions to drive the overall Eurowings Digital vision forward by developing top talents and working with our Leadership team.
Please note: This is a limited position of up to 18 months.
What you'll do
- Act as a strategic partner to our leadership team and deliver technical and strategic HR advice across a range of areas
- Drive innovation & develop state of the art HR products
- Create and implement effective HR concepts and use our core values as the baseline for your work
- Communicate our vision to different stakeholders using your solid moderation and story telling skills
- Work closely with the leadership team to discuss people challenges and provide guidance
- Bring people expertise and develop solutions to help the business areas to deliver their strategy
- Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency
- Share your knowledge, skills & perspectives to foster the personal and professional growth of colleagues
What you'll need
- At least 6 years of experience working as an HR Professional in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. A background in Tech preferred
- Proven hands-on attitude, are flexible, and adaptable and know how to inspire your colleagues
- Performance-driven attitude and experience working with OKRs
- Solid knowledge of German Labor Law
- Fluent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level)
