Sales Manager (m/f/d) e-Mobility


  • creating and maintaining a trustful customer relationship
  • preparing and managing customer quotations for new business
  • coordinating of all change requests
  • conducting trouble shootings initiatives with pre-series deliveries with customer senior manager level
  • conducting of product/project presentations and customer negotiations
  • monitoring customer satisfaction and related KPI´s
  • liaison with different stakeholder (internal) to solve customer requests
  • promoting our technologies and product for new business opportunities
  • participating and supporting strategic sales objective setting process
  • managing and negotiating customer claims and LGE requests towards the customer
  • overseeing overall project status for the customer to identify risk for nominations
  • ensuring legal framework for projects are set
  • monitoring of sales performance / forecast / moving plan
  • updating of management customer information

  • Academic degree in Business Management and/ or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales within the e-Mobility Industry, preferable with European Major OEMs
  • Good knowledge of RFIs, RFQs, Project and CR Management
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Good understanding of manufacturing and quality processes
  • Good technical understanding and strong negotiation skills
  • Advanced financial calculation skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills (Spoken and Written)
