Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Pricing Analyst to manage pricing requests, maintain data quality, and support customer engagement for our Global Consumer Goods Accounts.

» Your responsibilities:
- Dispatch, collect, and submit Spot requests according to Pricing Desk SOP, ensuring no missed deadlines
- Handle award/decline messages, update Spot requests, and re-quote as necessary; ensure timely responses to customer emails
- Conduct regular virtual meetings with customer procurement teams and share feedback with internal teams
- Work closely with Air Freight product management to increase volume and GP; identify new markets and support Account Manager with QBR preparation
- Maintain master data sheet, ensure data quality, and send weekly Hit Ratio report to HWL management; provide monthly CO2 reports to customers
- Ensure correct billing and perform monthly audits; monitor awarded shipments and Global Accounts Receivables
- Develop and update SOPs; arrange trainee availability and oversee their training
- Support implementation of new products with Account Manager and perform oversight to ensure excellent service
- Intervene when necessary to resolve communication breakdowns both internally and externally, thereby minimizing escalation
» Your key skills:
- Successfully completed studies, ideally in the field of business administration, or completed training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Proficient in maintaining master data sheets and ensuring data quality
- Ability to work in an international team including product management and sales support
- High customer and solution orientation as well as a strong pro-active service mindset
- Familiar with Pricing Desk SOPs and related tools
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex context and provide reports to management
- Proficient knowledge of the MS Excel and Power Point
- Good communication skills, organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Fluent English skills, spoken and written
