Hub Manager (all genders)
- Ensuring a smooth passenger flow from the departure airport to their final destination by coordinating safe, punctual, and seamless operations at our hub while considering the interests of all internal and external stakeholders involved.
- Collaboration with OPS Control, Dispatch, Maintrol, Crew Scheduling, Ground Services, and Passenger Support as a neutral coordinator among all operational stakeholders to achieve optimal solutions.
- Coordination with external stakeholders (e.g., airport operations) to represent and enforce Condor's interests and ensure efficient operations.
- Preventing delays, irregularities, or cancellations while optimizing resource allocation, turnaround times, and implementing ad hoc solutions for issues or disruptions before they impact our guests.
- Managing operations based on real-time data.
- Strategically advancing the role of Hub Manager by defining and implementing processes as well as introducing new tools.
- University degree in aviation or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through relevant professional training and experience applicable to the role.
- Several years of experience in Hub Control, OPS Control, Dispatch, or comparable operational roles in aviation.
- Extensive knowledge of Frankfurt Airport, including its infrastructure and operational specifics, paired with strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking even under high workload.
- Persuasive and motivational abilities, along with a confident demeanor, combined with an independent, punctual, and systematic approach to work, demonstrating a high level of responsibility, cooperation, and commitment.
- Excellent English and German language skills, additional languages are advantageous, as well as strong IT proficiency (MS Office, Netline, AMOS) and familiarity with new media and operational regulations issued by EASA and other relevant institutions.
