As the team Brand & Market Performance, we are responsible for the effective and sustainable development and growth of Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG (MBM) portfolio, and hence sales. We are responsible for the development of strategic products, data-based services and innovative business models in the area of online and direct sales, retention, electrification, marketing and CRM.
Your main tasks will be…
- Proactive support of the Head of Brand and Market Performance in managing internal Sales & Marketing departments as well as all relevant operation and strategic topics, initiatives and projects
- Support the coordination and review of content for internal and external groups/committees including storyline building, document creation and post meeting analysis on complex and strategic topics
- Support creation of presentations and documents for management level meetings, while ensuring high quality level and attention to detail
- Support preparation and coordination of Brand Performance Leadership team meetings including agenda coordination
- Support execution of internal events in collaboration with administrative assistant, CCO team and Communications (e.g. social intranet communications, Townhalls)
- Support the internal communication strategy of the E2 area

- Bachelor degree in International Business & Economics or equivalent.
- High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Proven record of performing in complex environment and delivering best-in-class results
- The ability to balance competing priorities and complete tasks on time
- Strong strategic planning & analytical skills
- Excellent experience in Powerpoint (creative as well as top management decks)
- Experience in an intercultural and international context (fluent business English is working language and required)
- Ideally, you are experienced in financial services, automotive or similar field
- Team player and engaged with high level of integrity and interpersonal skills
- Growth mindset and eager to learn
