In this position, you are responsible for the creation and management of commercial proposals and contracts. This role includes the technical clarification of customer requirements, the calculation of prices and costs for overhauls and repairs, as well as support for modifications and upgrades of INNIO Jenbacher engines. You work closely with the sales team to assist in customer negotiations and ensure that all proposal and contract documents are accurate and complete. Additionally, you coordinate internal processes and bookings to ensure smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support and assist in the customer specific technical clarifications as well as price & cost calculation for overhauls & repairs including modifications and upgrades
  • Creation of non-standard proposals for all overhaul products; support on standard proposals for all overhaul products
  • Preparation of all proposal / contract related documents (calculations, specifications, engine-specific product descriptions etc.)
  • Active support of sales team in customer negotiations
  • Execute bookings and collaborate with internal stakeholders

  • Technical higher education (e.g. Bachelor / Master, Apprenticeship) or a higher technical college degree e.g., HTL with significant adequate working experience
  • Ideally first developed project management skills as well as good analytical skills
  • Demonstrated customer focus & technical expertise in mechanical or electrical field
  • Experience in relevant industry, preferably in reciprocating engine industry
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a structured manner, to handle stress and to set priorities
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
  • Reliable and strong team player
  • Willingness to travel (20%)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.329,62 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.View More
