We ensure the application of corporate policies in the markets, we learn from recent audit findings / learnings and disseminate this knowledge throughout the global sales controlling network.

Our customers are the CFOs in the markets as well as management at headquarters.

These challenges await you:

  • Scan corporate audit reports and extract key learnings for the organisation
  • Attend knowledge sharing meetings (e.g. Policy round table) and extract information you think is relevant for the CFOs in the markets
  • Take on an existing and/or upcoming project, e.g. coordination of a new, globally accessible Revenue Controlling Handbook
  • Assist with the preparation of the internationally published FC Support News (bi-annual)
  • Review Business Processes in the markets and supply tips on how risks can be avoided in our new processes (e.g. direct sales model)
  • Maintain, upgrade and edit our FC Support website
  • Assist with ad hoc topics, e.g. how to practically implement secure electronic signatures for financial transactions
  • Support CFOs in markets with practical guidance, e.g. what to do in order to adhere to corporate data protection regulations
  • Support the sales controlling organization with practical ideas or tips on how to avoid risks
  • Network with other business areas, like IT, sales, Corporate Audit, Internal Control in order to ensure that the team is abreast of any changes / updates
  • Set up ad hoc communication (e-mail or broadcast call), if necessary, with the markets

  • You are studying business administration, economics, business informatics, information technology or a comparable course of study
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • You show good written and spoken German and very good written and spoken English skills
  • Your manner of working is structured with a high level of reliability
  • You demonstrate good analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and enthusiasm for the described field of activity
  • You are a problem-solver and like dealing with new interesting topics which may pop up
