Indulge your passion

  • in leading and managing sales planning on a regional/ country-level by breaking down top level targets
  • in leading and managing category planning incl. core and novelties in close collaboration with the Trading team (OTB, in season management and special sales)
  • in owning and executing regular forecasting of sales, stock, as well as manage financial budgets and reforecasting in close collaboration with the Trading team
  • in driving growth strategy on predefined KPIs and managing these KPI's to maximize margin and sales to meet yearly sales budget and stock targets
  • in the management of category hindsight, buying budget, ranging plans, and product life cycle based on historic performance and anticipated future development, sign offs and buy placement with trading team
  • in providing warehouse forecasts, monitoring product allocation in partnership with Supply Chain and monitoring stock levels, logistical processes e.g. intake performance, ordering stages, while striving to improve processes
  • in analysing and communicating weekly reporting /metrics on relevant product/product categories to the wider team (incl. Senior Management), highlighting conversion opportunities and supporting in-season trade
  • in supporting to improve, develop and automate existing planning reports by introducing new tools and systems
  • in leading and managing a small team, including employee development and coaching


You'll have

  • 6+ years planning and/or merchandising experience in an E-Commerce environment - luxury, fashion, high street or FMCG - Direct to Consumer experience preferred
  • strong managerial and communication skills
  • profound analytical/quantitative skills with an eye for details
  • a strong business acumen with track record of driving sales
  • a high standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality
  • strong teamworking and networking skills
  • profound skills in Google Analytics (or other website analytics solution), Microsoft BI, Content Square
  • strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • full proficiency in English, other language is a plus (particular German)
  • hands-on mentality & problem-solving skills
