  • Interdisciplinary project work and project management for medium-sized companies and corporate clients in a wide range of industries
  • Independent project management, reduction of complexity and introduction of efficient standards
  • Active participation in the core team in building and improving our competencies and service portfolio

  • The ideal candidate will be a formidable consultant personality, adept at navigating complex projects with strategic autonomy and delivering impactful results that align with our clients' aspirations for technological and operational advancement.
  • Successfully completed degree as engineer / industrial engineer or comparable
  • Several years of professional experience in management consulting or industry with experience in relevant industries
  • Sound knowledge in the development and implementation of lean management across the entire value chain in manufacturing companies with a focus on best practice assembly and logistics concepts as well as the design of entire value chains.
  • High analytical, methodological and conceptual skills
  • Strong and proven project management capabilities
  • Understanding of corporate management and application of appropriate tools for financial and business planning
  • Convincing and professional appearance as well as pronounced ability to work in a team
  • High willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English
