  • As an experienced test manager for SAP projects, you ensure all the process are successfully tested during different test phases, incl. functional test and integration test, so that the project can have a smooth go-live.
  • Also, you participate in the initial phase of projects and other IT-activities where tests are needed, to initiate the preperation of test related activities.
  • The coordination of the definition of the test plan with internal customers, to ensure that the tests that will be performed will cover all business requirements and use cases is also part of your work.
  • You create all the necessary structures in test tools (eg.SolMan) as well as upload test cases into this tool, to enable test report and tracking for that project or activity.
  • Furthermore, you organize test status meetings to provide transpareny in test progress.
  • Of course, you track the correction of defects to ensure that these are resolved in time with quality. Also, you train testers and act as a consultant for all topics related with test activities, to ensure a good test execution.
  • Finally, you drive the automated testing topic to ensure a smooth regression tests.

  • Education: completed university degree, preferably in (Business) Informatics
  • Experience and Knowledge: several years of overall knowledge of test management in SAP (eg. Implementation of SAP projects); automated testing experience is a plus
  • Personality and Working Practice: strong team spirit and willingness to work in a multicultural environment; open mindset for changing and fast-moving environments; confident manner and strong presentation skills as well as an independent, structured, and customer- and goal-oriented way of working, also under time pressure
  • Work Routine: 25% travel time is needed
  • Languages: very good in German and English, both written and spoken
