Your role
Do you have relevant product management experience with a specialty in medical technology? Ideally, you've already gained experience in ophthalmology and have been responsible for conducting clinical tests and studies.

Supervise and execute market research in different focus groups

Collect and evaluate customer requirements

Build relationships with world renowned KOLs

Come up with product strategies for biometry, generate new product ideas based on market research and customer requirements analy- sis, and work with Research and Development as well as business unit heads to implement them

Assume responsibility for program and product maintenance for your products

Plan and implement comprehensive projects on product launches
-
Drive the development and implementation of marketing measures

Advise, train and provide technical support to the Sales team

A degree in engineering or the natural sciences
-
Several years of professional experience in product management for medical devices, ideally ophthalmology
-
Sound experience in the planning and implementation of complex projects on deining, developing and marketing products
-
Experience in sales and/or applications in the medical domain would be an advantage
-
Assertiveness and strong communication skills
-
High degree of flexibility and a willingness to travel

Business-fluent English; written and spoken, German is a plus
