- Lead end-to-end deal management for solar PV asset sales and acquisitions across international markets
- Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, project feasibility, and potential returns
- Prepare comprehensive investment proposals and detailed financial analysis for solar PV asset transactions
- Structure and execute project finance deals, including debt sizing, equity structuring, and financial risk assessment
- Collaborate with legal, technical, and commercial teams to support transaction execution
- Master's degree in finance, Economics, or related field
- 5-7 years of specialized experience in project finance, asset transactions, and renewable energy investments, Specific expertise in the Canadian market of advantage
- Proven track record in solar PV asset acquisitions and sales
- Advanced financial modeling skills with demonstrable experience in complex transaction structuring
- Deep understanding of project finance principles specific to solar PV investments
- Extensive knowledge of financial risk assessment and valuation methodologies
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to develop comprehensive financial models
