For the affiliate in Germany, we are seeking an inspirational and strategic Head of Marketing (f/m/d), with a passion of operational excellence to lead our client's prescription medicines marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our client's RX products, ensuring impactful market presence and patient outreach in Germany. Your visionary leadership will help shape healthcare solutions that truly transform lives. To accomplish this, you will work closely with the Global Marketing Team, the local Sales Team in Germany and various interfaces within our client's company to drive the success of our portfolio.

For this, we are seeking a Head of Marketing (f/m/d), with a passion of operational excellence to lead our client's prescription medicines marketing team in Germany.

Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our prescription medicines.
  • Lead, mentor, develop and inspire a dynamic marketing team to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical, Regulatory) globally and locally to ensure cohesive market approaches.
  • Co-create and localize Global marketing solutions, driving innovative campaigns that elevate brand awareness and product adoption.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Securing the achievement of sales and profit targets.
  • Partner with Head of Sales and Medical Director in the design and execution of brand plans.
  • Responsibility for content generation for various channels (multi-channel: digital, print, sales).
  • Contribute to the development of the affiliate in Germany beyond your immediate areas of responsibility as a member of the local Management Team.


  • Strategic thinker with a track record of successful pharmaceutical marketing campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of German prescription medicine market, ideally Speacialty Care.
  • Passion for improving patient outcomes.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and enthusiasm for operating at higher strategic level as well as hands-on operational.
  • High level of initiative and decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global and cross-functional teams.
  • Business Fluent in German and English.
