Position Description
We are looking for a motivated and fast learning working student to support our operations digitalization team on site in Hilden (partial homeoffice possible). You will be part of a global team with members in Europe and Americas. In this central role you will interact with various departments across different operations sites and help them with the implementation of IT systems and AI solutions. You will:
- Assist with testing and launching a new system for managing manufacturing processes at a pilot location and expanding it globally
- Organize, document, and follow up on management meetings to ensure smooth project coordination
- Transform paper-based processes into digital workflows within the new manufacturing system
- Analyze and prepare data to enable seamless creation of interfaces, such as connections to SAP
- Process and improve data sets for training AI models
- Set up and test initial connections between production machines and a cloud data platform to explore new digital opportunities
Your Profile:
- Currently studying in a relevant field
(Operations Management, Information Technology, Engineering or Science)
- Fluent in English and German
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex tasks and handle them in a structured, accurate manner
