  • You will have the opportunity to work on challenging ASIC development projects for MEMS consumer electronics
  • Within your scope you will be responsible for Block level analog design and verification for sophisticated mixed signal ICs
  • You implement most challenging blocks of MEMS sensor signal and driver ICs but also drive design requirements, block level specifications and circuit documentation further
  • To improve block and chip performance you conduct lab evaluation and asses results

  • Personality: High level of enthusiasm, creativity and willingness to work in international and interdisciplinary teams; reliable and analytical
  • Working Style: Enthusiastic creative team player with quality oriented, independent working style;
  • Experience and Knowledge: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IC analog design is required; You have significant experience with state-of-the-art EDA software tools for simulation, verification and design flow; You are deep into the field of area and power optimization and modeling of analog blocks; Preferably you posses experience in CMOS processing, layout and full custom digital design
  • Languages: Proficient English (C1) and advanced German (B1) language skills
  • Education: M.Sc. / Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering / Physics or comparable qualification
