We are now looking for a committed “Regional Channel Manager (m/f/d) Sensing Solutions” to join our IA business unit and drive the growth of Honeywell Sensing Solutions with dedicated channel partners in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
We offer a Home Office solution allowing remote work that can be performed from a location in the sales region, according to business requirements.
- Manage a named list of Pan European and Regional Channel Partners and their branch offices in the D-A-CH region
- Build relationships with senior executive key stake holders and end customers together with the channel partners
- Work with channel partner´s sales teams to create new business opportunities
- Develop account plans & aligned to strategic initiatives
- Implement the regional sales programs and campaigns with the channel partners, as well as develop and implement specific programs and initiatives to ensure the expected performance
- Collaborate with Field Application Engineers and Product Marketing team to train and develop distribution partners in relation to our product lines, target applications / markets and sales methodologies
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts and ensure data integrity and documentation at CRM systems
- Report to the leadership on opportunities regularly and monitor as well as manage KPIs proactively
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in line with practical experience
- At least 5 years of experience in technical solution sales with a proven & demonstrable sales track record
- Experience with distribution / channel management with a good understanding of related structures and route to markets
- Domain experience and market understanding within sensors and / or industrial automation segment is highly appreciated
- Outstanding analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Excellent planning, execution and project-management capabilities
- Critical & multi-level thinking (from strategic to tactical)
- Full proficiency in German and English
