B2B Solutions Specialist (m/f/d)


  • Act as a liaison between sales teams and IT departments, ensuring system requirements are understood and met. Gather feedback from the sales team to enhance system performance and usability.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to streamline sales processes and optimize the use of backend systems. Contribute ideas to improve overall system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide technical support for backend systems used by global sales teams such as Neocles as the B2B system, but also the pricing system Zilliant, and the 7thonline Demand Planning System. Ensure these systems are functioning optimally and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Provide technical support for backend systems used by global sales teams, working on Sales forecasting, Sales order management, Customer relationship Management, pricing optimization and working on Zilliant and 7thonline demand planning system. Ensure these systems are functioning optimally and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Work closely with the sales team and IT to ensure new releases meet business needs and are deployed seamlessly.
  • Help maintain up-to-date documentation for system processes and user guides.

  • Very good written and spoken English skills. German is a plus.
