- Lead a dynamic development team dedicated to conceptualizing, crafting, and launching cutting-edge features and tools for institutional clients.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business development, and other product teams, to define and execute a strategic product roadmap that aligns with the unique needs and preferences of institutional clients.
- Drive innovation and agility in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving market trends and institutional client feedback to deliver continuous improvements and maintain a competitive edge in the trading industry.
- Craft detailed product requirement documents, oversee technical backlogs, and prioritize feature development to ensure the institutional trading platform remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a fintech and/or B2B(2C) project with a track record of leading Scrum teams
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively, fostering collaboration and alignment across product, engineering, and business development disciplines
- Robust analytical skills and experience in leveraging data to support decision-making and goal achievement
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate in a team-oriented environment
- English (min. C1) and German (min. B2)
