Biogents AG is a leading, internationally recognized company in the field of mosquito control. We set standards in the market with innovative trap systems and attractants. Our head office in Regensburg offers a dynamic and international working environment in which creativity and commitment are valued.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Social Media & Marketing Professional (m/f/d) with strong media skills and technical understanding. Together with us, you will optimize the further development of Biogents' social media presence.


Social Media (main focus)

    • Strategic review and set-up of our social media channels and communication for an international environment (especially France)
    • Optimization and further development of Biogents' social media presence
    • Production of content for all social media channels with different targets (consumer market as important part) and for blogs on our websites
    • Conception, planning and implementation of social media campaigns and content ideas in close cooperation with our marketing and sales department
    • Regular authentic communication with customers and prospects in social media
    • Analysis of the social media performance and setting up reports

Marketing:

Support of marketing in following areas

  • Writing: creation of texts for different media, marketing messages, and claims
  • Internet: creation of online advertisements, e-mailings, webpage maintenance

Personal characteristics:

  • Languages: Proficiency in written and spoken French, English and German is essential
  • Completed education or degree with relevant experience in social media and marketing
  • Very confident handling of MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign (optional), Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and similar tools
  • Several years of experience in social media
  • Experience with social media for the consumer market
  • Ability to think and plan strategically
  • Experience in content management and customer communication
  • Stylish writing and good spelling
  • A keen eye for design
  • A strong understanding of digital trends, storytelling and thematic development
  • High level of motivation, commitment, ability to work under pressure, flexibility and initiative
  • Being prepared & ready to familiarize yourself with new platforms and tools
