Global Marketing Bradycardia develops long-term strategies, provides tactical planning and prepares market launches for BIOTRONIK's innovative products. As Therapy Development Manager, you will play a key role by providing comprehensive clinical science information related to our strategies. You will interact with healthcare professionals, especially key decision makers, to generate new clinical insights and support the development of new products and services.
- Creating and maintaining documentation to prioritize projects and tasks.
- Representing the specialist department in interdisciplinary teams and as a regional contact.
- Supporting product management in the creation of requirements documents.
- Monitoring and analyzing developments and trends in the specialist area.
- Communicating findings and information to internal stakeholders.
- Developing strategies and roadmaps for market segments.
- Supporting the creation of business cases and the generation of evidence.
- You are a team player, value a collaborative way of working, can work independently and are goal-oriented.
- You have a strong hands-on mentality and can infect others with your enthusiasm. You are outgoing and not afraid to approach people
- You have a university degree and several years of specialist professional experience.
- Experience in the healthcare sector and particularly in cardiology is an advantage.
- You are fluent in English and have a good command of written and spoken German.
- You work well in an international environment and are happy to travel to get in touch with our customers and regional interfaces.
