The Head of Transformation and Delivery Management in IT plays a pivotal role in driving and leading IT transformation initiatives within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of the Uniper IT Strategy. The main responsibilities include developing and implement IT transformation projects to drive growth and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute IT transformationprojects aligned with the company's goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for IT transformation initiatives, setting clear timelines, deliverables, and targets
- Monitor and report on the progress of IT transformation projects, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to the IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Program Management of the Core IT portfolio and User & Cloud Platforms program of work by working closely together with stakeholders
- Engage with senior leaders to create a vision for cloud transformation
- Ensure compliance regarding the Internal Controls and support audit activities
- Provide a governance structure for the platforms in scope eg follow and implement AI governance structure, Migration Guidelines etc.
- Manage and optimzie cost and cloud consumption to meet planned targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Science or a related field
- Several years of experience in leading transformation initiatives, preferably in a similar role
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and timeline
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Knowledge of transformation methodologies and frameworks, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
