- Become a part of our team and take responsibility for the rollout of B2B eShop related processes (e.g. customer management, order management, product catalogue, UI/UX) in the global eShop solution in an international as well as multi-brand environment along with the S/4HANA roadmap.
- You rollout eShop processes in cooperation with local sales departments as well as central teams and transform business process requirements to IT requirements.
- Furthermore, you ensure the implementation of defined processes with respective SAP S/4HANA integration and other affiliated IT solutions (e.g. PIM System).
- Finally, you act as a central point of contact between sales departments in the countries in the eShop rollout and development teams to ensure a fast as well as sustainable rollout of the processes in the global eShop solution.
- Education: studies in the field of (Business) Informatics, Economics or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge:
- several years of B2B e-commerce expertise in consulting or industry with focus on platform implementations (e.g. based on SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud or comparable eCommerce products)
- understanding of complex enterprise architectures with focus on eCommerce solutions, ideally experience in the integration with SAP S/4HANA, MDM, PDM, PIM, MAM systems
- good understanding of complex architectures with focus on eCommerce solutions and its rollout
- knowledge in new digital trends, change management, and motivated to learn
- agile project management skills with experience in PM Tools such as Atlassian, Jira and Confluence
- experience with working in cross functional teams in an international environment
- Personality and Working Practice: strong teamplayer with an adapting/open mindset for changing or fast-moving environments; you have an important level of customer orientation as well as strong presentation and coordination skills
- Work Routine: willingness to travel (about 20%)
- Languages: fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
